A first year grad student studying Human-Environment Relations in the College of
Human Ecology, Adam is new to the Cornell community this year. Last spring, Adam
graduated from Ithaca College with a B.A. in Psychology a hop, skip, and jump away
on South Hill. He hails from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, the son of Gary and Lorrie
Weber. Some of Adam’s interests include reading, writing, learning to play the bass
guitar, snowboarding, singing, sustainability, and spirituality. Adam is excited
to be a new member of the scicenter and is looking forward to helping to change
the virtual world.

the Scifair program for about two years. I enjoy biking, ice hockey and
building things that work. I work with Broadway Middle School and have

and a minor in Engineering Management. After I graduate I plan on traveling to possibly
Asia or Europe and then I plan on working for Enclos Corporation in Los Angeles.
I would also like to eventually earn my Masters in Management or Real Estate so
I can successfully flip houses. In my free time I like to hike, ride bikes, and
go to the beach.

my first semester as a SciFair mentor. I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and
I enjoy skiing, tennis and traveling. Trying out new restaurants and learning how
to play guitar are two of my goals this semester. After graduation this May, I will
be moving to Los Angeles to work for Ernst & Young.

KyotoNow!, Sustainability Hub, Solar Decathlon, Root&Shoots,
EcoPlayers, EcoRecycling, Wilderness Reflections, CIAS,
and Cornell Dems. Currently I am working with many
student groups and individuals around campus to make
Cornell carbon-neutral (meaning no net CO2 emissions)
through a combination of renewable energy, energy
efficiency, and carbon-offsetting efforts - and it’s
gonna happen!
Next semester, I plan to study abroad in Senegal
at an EcoVillage with a community-based sustainable

My name is Natalie and this is my second semester as a SciFair mentor. I'm
majoring in Biological Sciences concentrating in Physiology in the College
of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University. Aside from
mentoring, I do research on anatomy in Cornell's College of Veterinary
Medicine, am on the Cornell Women's Resource Center Advisory Board, and
volunteer at Cayuga Medical Center. I love medicine and health, and I hope
to one day become a heart surgeon. I'm from Dallas, Texas and when I'm not
spending time with my family and friends, I enjoy reading, trying new
restaurants, watching movies and TV shows, and surfing the internet.
