Login Help
- My user name and password don't work; I get an error message saying that the "login attempt was not successful".
- It is possible that login information has changed, or that you are trying to use your CUni login information.
- I appear to be logged in successfully, but I get redirected back to the login page. It says "you are currently logged in as..."
- It is possible that you don't have access to the page you requested, or that you manually visited the login page without
requesting a restricted page. This can also occur if you do not allow cookies, and use the links on the navigation menus.
- I have logged in and accessed some restricted pages, but then became logged out and sent back to the login page.
- Either your ticket timed out, or you didn't allow cookies. Log in again, and it is recommended that you allow cookies.
- I have cookies disabled.
- It is highly recommended that you accept cookies. Without cookies, you might have to log in repeatedly. Cookies are only
used on this site to keep you logged in as you navigate the site, and for keeping the navigation menu sections opened or closed
for you.
